Yoga for Dancers combines the many years of our own personal yoga training with the core principles of dance that we teach on a daily basis.
All of our classes are one-on-one personal training sessions offering hands-on adjustments, where you will be taught the precise form of each posture and aligned progression between them.
Universal dance principles including imagery, connection, dynamics, design, and space will be taught and applied to your practice.
